Convert Dialogic ADPCM (vox) file to WAV in VB Net

This code converts a Dialogic ADPCM File (.vox) into a .wav file without using any third party component. I had done this for a friend.

  I need source file. Could you please let me know the details for the same? Also could you tell us the command line option to convert .vox files to .wav files.
